What is the Minimum Order Amount to be eligible for free delivery?

Delivery is free for orders worth AED 50 and above, otherwise AED 10 will be charged.

How do I cancel my order?

What is the delivery instructions used for?

If you have any special instruction about the products ordered or any instruction on the delivery, you can write it in the delivery instruction box.

I won't be home to receive my delivery; can you leave it at my doorstep

You do not need to be at home to receive your delivery, unless your building policy requires you to be present for business visitors. For customers who aren’t at home and who instructed us to do so, our delivery persons will leave the boxes at your doorstep. If you’d like us to drop your order in some other place, let us know in the Delivery Instructions box at the checkout page.

What are your delivery hours?

Deliveries will be done from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on all days. Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

We currently operate in Egypt, UAE, and Oman covering. You may refer to our app or website to browse through the locations where the service is available.

I'm missing a product from my box, what should I do?
